CLEAResult is seeking a Practice Consultant to design and commercialize energy solutions for utility and public-sector programs. You will translate market needs into tailored program designs, collaborate with delivery, product, IT, and marketing teams, and support handoffs to ensure feasible, scalable outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in energy efficiency or DSM, strong financial modeling and data analysis skills, and experience in regulated utility environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in energy efficiency, demand-side management, electrification, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success supporting the design and delivery of energy programs or solutions.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and commercialize energy solutions, translating market and client needs into tailored program designs.
• Support proposal development and ensure solutions are executable, scalable, and deliver measurable outcomes.
