Qualifications

• College degree and 3 years related experience.
• Experience dispatching and understanding mechanics and compressor operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and field service software.

Responsibilities

• Receive, evaluate and manage emergency or non-emergency service requests from customers, technicians or sites.
• Communicate priorities and urgency; follow SOPs and SLAs.
• Maintain clear written and verbal communication; write professional emails, texts and chats.
