Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or administration preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to manage a variety of high-volume tasks efficiently while ensuring deadlines.
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound customer calls on multiline phone system.
• Process payments, adjustments, corrections, and deposits.
• Process delivery and product service orders, and invoices.
• Update customer account information accurately.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer billing questions in person, phone, and email.
• Provide comprehensive support to customers.
• Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams in person and virtually.
• Handle seasonally high-volume workload with time-sensitive tasks.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
