Job summary

GROWMARK, Inc. in Bloomington, IL seeks a Customer Care Associate to provide a positive customer experience and manage supply/service/sales support for the Energy Division.

You will handle inquiries, price maintenance, and invoice corrections, coordinating with Energy Supply, Logistics and Marketing teams. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ related experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with SAP and other company tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field with 2+ years of experience.
• Demonstrates business knowledge, collaboration and communication skills.
• Proven customer service, interpersonal and decision-making abilities.
• Strong computer skills to enhance business processes.
• Willingness to participate in training on company policies and procedures.
• Ability to work outside normal hours during peak seasons and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer service contact for customers and member cooperatives.
• Monitor and communicate vendor/terminal allocations, availabilities and outages.
• Assist with product setups, allocations, and supply availability issues with designated vendors.
• Analyze cost changes and invoice discrepancies and resolve them.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services offered by the Energy Division.
• Coordinate with Logistics/Dispatch by investigating loading and supply issues for favorable resolutions.
• Ensure requests are completed in a timely, professional manner and maintain data in systems.
• Maintain knowledge of SAP, Business Objects, DTN tools, and myGROWMARK.
• Prioritize workflows and support after-hours coverage for customers and logistics.
