Job summary

DXC Technology Company in the United States is seeking a seasoned Client Success Manager focused on the Energy sector. You will own delivery across contracts, drive client satisfaction, and oversee revenue and margin while coordinating cross-functional teams.

You will lead renewal conversations, grow accounts, and ensure alignment with client priorities. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep industry knowledge are essential to deliver value and sustained partnerships with energy

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client relationship management, building trusted partnerships.
• Strong delivery leadership with full lifecycle project oversight.
• Experience driving value realization and account growth in complex engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own ALL aspects (project and run) of CES delivery on the account, including renewals and profitability.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver a full-stack experience across product deliverables, delivery through maintenance.
• Drive opportunities, pipeline development, and accurate forecasting of revenue and contract margin.
• Provide strategic oversight and progress reporting to the CSM Leader and coordinate with internal and client-facing teams.
• Align resourcing strategy to client needs and resolve constraints to maintain service quality.
• Ensure governance, cash collection, and timely AR resolution; manage change controls and post-project learning.
• Collaborate with peer CSMs to ensure consistent client engagement across large accounts.
• Advocate for client needs within CES and serve as escalation point for issues.
• Drive governance structures and KPI tracking for continuous improvement.
