Job summary

Atlas Copco Group in Elk Grove Village, IL, seeks a Business Development Manager for Industrial Cooling & Energy Conversion. Lead US growth, build partnerships, and drive sales of energy conversion products including heat pumps and steam compressors.

You will work with the sales team to target end-users, EPCs, and distributors, while staying informed on regulations and incentives for decarbonization. Remote role with national travel expectations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in thermal management (industrial chillers / steam boilers / system systems).
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/thermal/chemical engineering or related field.
• Strong sales, communication, and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell Process Cooling & Energy Conversion products to end-users, EPCs, and distributors.
• Develop strategic partnerships and growth plans in the US market.
• Maintain CRM records, prepare reports and forecasts.
• Stay updated on energy policies and incentives for decarbonization and efficiency.
