Hillphoenix is seeking an Industrial Refrigeration Business Development Manager in Conyers, GA/Remote. You will drive growth in the Industrial Refrigeration portfolio, focusing on CO2 systems and value-added integrations with contractors, end users and engineers.

The role requires deep CO2 refrigeration experience, strong relationship skills, and the ability to collaborate across sales, engineering and project management teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in CO2 refrigeration or related field.
• 12+ years experience in business development and project management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Develop market strategy for CO2 refrigeration with key accounts.
• Build partnerships with end users, contractors and engineers.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering and PM to deliver aligned solutions.
• Manage all phases of orders with major customers.
• Lead activities with customers, engineers and internal teams.
• Provide market insights to product management and leadership.
• Prepare presentations for regional sales teams and customers.
• Travel with regional managers on key opportunities.
