Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in thermal management (industrial chillers / steam boilers/ system systems, heat pumps, thermodynamics, thermal integration)
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required
• Experience in direct sales or customer service beneficial

Responsibilities

• Sell industrial cooling, chillers, heat pumps, and energy conversion products to new projects.
• Work with sales team to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on regulations, policies, and incentives for decarbonization.
