Job summary

Dominion Energy is seeking a senior leader to direct the DEV/DENC Energy Conservation team and execution of legislatively mandated energy efficiency initiatives. The role includes directing bid processes, awards, and management of DSM/DR programs with a revenue target over $150M, and serving as a Company witness in regulatory proceedings in VA and NC.

You will coordinate with regulators and lawmakers, build partnerships, and oversee a sizable internal and external workforce to meet program

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• 12+ years of relevant experience with an Associates degree.
• 14+ years of relevant experience with a High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the DEV/DENC Energy Conservation team and the execution of mandated energy efficiency goals.
• Direct resources for research, bid process, issuance, award, and management of DSM/DR programs with a revenue requirement over $150M.
• Lead regulatory approval processes for Energy Efficiency and act as a Company witness in VA and NC regulatory proceedings.
