Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• 10+ years relevant experience with Bachelor's degree.
• 12+ years relevant experience with an Associates degree.
• 14+ years relevant experience with a High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for energy conservation programs and demand-side management.
• Direct research, bid process, and management of DSM/DR programs with a revenue requirement > $150M.
• Lead regulatory approval processes and testify in VA and NC proceedings.
• Coordinate with regulators, officials, and partners to identify new program opportunities.
• Oversee a large internal and external workforce to ensure program execution and audits.
• Align new customer programs with corporate strategy and partner solicitations.
