Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking a Customer Success Lead Data Scientist with Energy Industry expertise to join the NAM region, preferably in Houston, TX or Colorado. You will drive long-term customer success for a portfolio of clients, serving as trusted advisor and liaison between customers and Spotfire teams.

You will develop analytical deliverables using exploratory analytics, machine learning, and AI, growing customers' analytical capabilities with Spotfire and data science leadership.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of data science experience using Spotfire, Tableau, Qlikview, SPSS, KNIME, Dataiku, Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake; Python/R.
• 6-8+ years of experience in advanced data analytics delivering demonstrations, projects, engagements or deployed software applications.
• 6-8+ years of Industry experience in applying analytics to the Energy sector specific data problems.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills essential for pro-actively influencing and cultivating long-term relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively in internal and customer teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Trusted Advisor: build consultative relationships and guide customers through health assessments.
