Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Program Performance Lead to manage the EMAT engineers and drive key program attributes across energy management, thermal management, aerodynamics, and weight management. This role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering on aggressive targets within a fast-paced development environment.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in product/powertrain development, proven leadership, and experience coordinating with global markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in product/powertrain development.
• Experience in leading teams of diverse backgrounds.
• Experience in product development dealing with multiple foreign markets.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Experience leading training initiatives.
• Ability to speak to large groups, both technical and non-technical.
• Comfort with both short and long term project management.

Responsibilities

• Set and own all EMAT targets.
• Support definition of subsystem and component specifications during RFQ phase.
• Integrate work performed by the EMAT team.
• Define resource needs for the project team to include in the program budget.
• Review and approve data from EMAT Science Teams: Energy Management, Thermal Management, Aerodynamics, Weight Management.
• Establish priorities for EMAT science teams and balance tradeoffs to meet targets.
• Support convergence of interior/exterior styling with performance requirements.
• Develop risk mitigation plans with extended teams.
• Own the EMAT Scorecard and act as point contact for EMAT with other teams.
• Represent the organization at governance updates and ride evaluation events.
