Job summary

Stellantis Energy Management & Aero-Thermal (EMAT) is seeking a Program Performance Lead to guide a team of engineers in delivering key program attributes across energy management, thermal design, aerodynamics, and weight management.

You will own targets, define resource needs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive risk mitigation, validation, and performance standards to meet customer objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 10+ years in product/powertrain development or equivalent.
• Experience leading diverse teams and cross‑functional projects.
• Proven leadership and training experience.

Responsibilities

• Set and own EMAT targets and performance measures.
• Integrate work from EMAT science teams (Energy, Thermal, Aerodynamics, Weight).
• Define resource needs and budget for the project team.
• Coordinate with VSM, Advanced, Platform, and Top Hat Teams.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and validation activities.
• Summarize lessons learned and contribute to performance standards.
