Job summary

Stellantis NV is seeking a Program Performance Lead (PPL) to manage a team of engineers delivering EMAT program attributes. You will own targets, define resources, and coordinate across multiple internal teams to ensure alignment with performance, driveability, and thermal goals.

The role requires 10+ years in product/powertrain development and proven leadership across diverse groups, with strong communication and project-management skills. This is an on-site position based in Auburn Hills, MI.

Qualifications

• Must have engineering degree with strong leadership and program-management skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex powertrain projects.

Responsibilities

• Set and own EMAT targets and resource plans.
• Integrate work across EMAT science teams: Energy, Thermal, Aerodynamics, Weight.
• Coordinate with VSM, Advanced, Platform, and Top Hat teams for governance and sign-offs.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and ensure CAFÉ and Carbon Net Zero alignment.
• Summarize lessons learned and update performance standards for the core team.
