Stellantis NV's Energy Management & Aero-Thermal Team (EMAT) seeks a Program Performance Lead to manage an engineering group and deliver key program attributes for fuel economy, performance, driveability, thermal design, and weight management.

You will own the EMAT scorecard, define resources, integrate EMAT science work, and coordinate with VSM, Advanced, Platform and Top Hat teams to balance tradeoffs and ensure customer objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 10+ years in product/powertrain development.
• Experience leading diverse teams.
• Experience with multiple foreign markets.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Experience leading training initiatives.
• Ability to speak to large groups, both technical and non-technical.
• Comfort with both short and long term project management.

Responsabilités

• Set and own EMAT targets.
• Define subsystem specifications during RFQ phase.
• Integrate EMAT work across teams.
• Define EMAT project resources and budget needs.
• Review data from EMAT science teams.
• Balance tradeoffs to meet targets (VDE, PSE, driveability).
• Own the EMAT Scorecard and governance updates.
