Zusammenfassung

Stellantis Energy Management & Aero-Thermal Team (EMAT) seeks a Program Performance Lead to guide engineers in delivering EMAT program attributes—balancing performance, fuel economy, and durability. You will own targets, coordinate cross‑functional activities, and align resources with budget while driving risk mitigation and governance updates.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in powertrain development, strong leadership, and experience managing multi‑market programs with effective communication

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
10+ years in product/powertrain development.
Experience leading diverse teams.
Experience in global markets development.
Proven leadership and training experience.
Ability to present to large groups.

Aufgaben

Set and own EMAT targets.
Define subsystem specifications during RFQ phase to ensure alignment with EMAT targets.
Integration of all EMAT work across teams.
Define resources and budget for the project team.
Review data from EMAT science teams: Energy Management, Thermal Management, Aerodynamics, Weight Management.
Establish priorities for EMAT science teams and balance tradeoffs to meet targets.
Develop risk mitigation plans and governance updates.
Own the EMAT Scorecard and act as point of contact with VSM, Advanced, Platform, and Top Hat Teams.
