Job summary

Puttshack is seeking enthusiastic hospitality associates to deliver an elevated guest experience as servers. You greet guests, build rapport, and provide friendly, attentive service while maintaining high energy and a fun atmosphere.

You will answer questions about the menu, take orders, and ensure accuracy and timely delivery. This role emphasizes teamwork, knowledge of food and wine, and a positive, can-do attitude to “Own the Fun.”

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• Experience serving in a high-volume restaurant with POS.
• Strong emotional intelligence and guest satisfaction focus.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Experience safely transporting food and beverages.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and build rapport.
• Take orders, answer questions, and explain menu items.
• Provide efficient, friendly service to tables in your section.
• Follow allergy procedures and accommodate special orders.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and bussing/resetting tables.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines and policies.
• Complete opening/closing side-work duties as assigned.
• Other duties as needed, including additional side-work.
