Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Experience serving in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong emotional intelligence and guest-satisfaction focus.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Experience safely transporting food and beverages as needed.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.
• Effective communication to perform and follow job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Take and relay accurate orders and answer menu questions.
• Buss and reset tables; maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Follow food allergy procedures and special orders accurately.
• Ensure timely delivery of all orders and maintain service flow.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Work as part of a team to deliver a top-notch guest experience.
