Job summary

Puttshack is seeking enthusiastic servers to greet guests with a smile and deliver engaging, high-energy dining experiences. You will build rapport, take orders, answer questions, and keep tables flowing with friendly, knowledgeable service.

Open daily with flexible hours, you may work 15–30 hours weekly depending on business needs. You’ll join a team that values fun, teamwork, and guest satisfaction while earning tips and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• Experience serving in a high-volume restaurant with POS devices.
• Strong emotional intelligence and guest satisfaction focus.
• Ability to obtain required licenses/certifications for location.
• Experience safely transporting food and beverages.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.
• Clear communication to meet job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and deliver friendly, efficient service.
• Take orders, answer menu questions, and follow service steps.
• Manage bus and reset tasks, ensure timely order delivery.
• Adhere to food allergy procedures and special orders.
• Collaborate with team and follow safety guidelines.
• Complete opening/closing side-work and any assigned duties.
