The responsibilities include taking orders, answering questions, ensuring timely service, following safety guidelines, and working as a true team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Experience serving in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
• High standards of guest satisfaction.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Experience safely transporting food and beverages.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.
• Clear and effective communication to perform job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Bring your A-game every day and exceed guest expectations.
• Greet guests warmly and build rapport.
• Take orders and answer menu questions with confidence.
• Ensure timely delivery of all orders and bussing/clearing tables.
• Follow allergy procedures and handle special orders.
• Maintain safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team and participate in opening/closing duties.
• Complete opening/closing side-work as assigned.
