Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to apply.
• Experience serving in a high-volume restaurant with POS familiarity.
• Strong emotional intelligence and a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Experience safely transporting food and beverages and multitasking in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to guests.
• Take orders, answer questions, and explain the menu.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
• Greet guests, upsell where appropriate, and manage multiple tables.
