• Lead store operations including head coach duties, opening/closing, and supervising teammates.
• Communicate goals and plans to direct reports and assign workload to maximize efficiency.
• Build and lead a strong team, hire and develop teammates, and manage performance.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and policies; ensure compliance and accountability.
