• Uphold merchandising standards and manage floor sets, pricing, and inventory presentation.
• Promote loyalty programs and services to customers and drive enrollment.
• Assist in developing 30-60-90 day plans with store leadership to align with priorities.
• Lead and coach teammates, conduct performance reviews, and handle scheduling to meet goals.
