Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing accurate product information and following merchandising standards.
• Assist in developing 30-60-90 day plans with leadership to support business priorities and maintain staffing and schedules.
• Communicate departmental goals and manage workload to maximize efficiency and payroll adherence.
• Lead and coach teammates, oversee training, performance reviews, and ensure a respectful store environment.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and SOPs, and ensure compliance with policies.
