Qualifications

• Experience supporting and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers.
• Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems, and endpoint management practices.
• Experience using IT service management or ticketing systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced technical support for endpoint devices (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues to minimize downtime.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade endpoint devices for performance and security.
• Deploy OS updates, patches, and antivirus solutions.
• Assist users remotely and on-site with technical issues.
