Job summary

Ventura Foods is seeking a Sr. User Support Technician to deliver enterprise end-user technology services across the company.

You will provide Level 2/3 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and conference room tech, and manage endpoint devices throughout their lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. You will configure and refresh devices in Windows/macOS/iOS/Android environments, maintain asset records, support security initiatives, and collaborate with vendors to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM/MECM, Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, and endpoint security.
• Experience supporting executive collaboration and A/V environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and identity/security basics.

Responsibilities

• End User Support: provide Level 2/3 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and conference room tech.
• Endpoint Lifecycle Management: deploy, refresh, and retire devices across Windows/macOS/iOS/Android.
• Asset Management: maintain hardware records and lifecycle tracking.
• Fleet Compliance & Risk Management: ensure security patches and compliance.
• Vendor & Procurement Management: coordinate hardware/software procurement and standards.
• User Lifecycle Management: automated device deployments and access provisioning.
