The University of Miami Health System (UHealth) is seeking a dedicated Endpoint Services Technician to join our Information Technology team in Miami. This full-time role provides hands-on endpoint support to academic and administrative staff, troubleshoots issues, and helps maintain healthy networked workstations.

You will act as the first point of contact, manage help desk tickets, assist with device and software installations, and perform routine maintenance to ensure reliable endpoints for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to learn new procedures, technologies, and protocols.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team oriented and collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Acts as first point of contact in the problem determination process for endpoint solutions and network issues.
• Provides quality customer service to all clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitors, administers, tracks, and verifies completion of help desk tickets.
• Assists staff with installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of endpoint devices, peripheral equipment, and software.
• Performs regular maintenance and updates on endpoint devices.
• Loads and configures software on endpoint devices.
• Verifies software is functional and escalates issues.
• Completes, updates, and closes Service Center tickets.
