Responsibilities

• Acts as first point of contact for desktop and network issues.
• Provides quality customer service to all clients.
• Organizes and prioritizes support requests.
• Monitors, administers, tracks, and closes help desk tickets.
• Assists staff with installation, configuration, and usability of desktops and software.
• Loads and configures software and device drivers.
• Diagnoses and resolves problems involving Windows and macOS workstations.
• Escalates unresolved issues to appropriate IT teams and documents steps.
