Job summary

OSS Health seeks a motivated Endpoint Management Technician to deploy, configure, and manage endpoint devices across the organization. You will ensure devices are secure, up to date, and properly configured, while supporting users with timely technical help.

The role collaborates with IT staff to manage configurations, OS updates, security policies, and device compliance. Strong troubleshooting and customer service are essential in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, common hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
• 6 months to 1 year of IT support or help desk experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or imaging tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Image, configure, patch, and deploy desktops, laptops, and mobile devices for staff and clinicians.
• Maintain an inventory of endpoint devices and accessories.
• Learn and assist with endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, PDQ) to deploy updates and software.
• Apply security updates and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Set up and support devices in clinical environments (nurse stations, WOWs, exam rooms).
• Maintain deployment documentation and standard procedures.
• Provide basic end-user hardware/software support (password resets, printer setups, troubleshooting).
• Respond to IT tickets and escalate complex issues when needed.
