Job summary

HDR is seeking an Endpoint Services Manager to lead enterprise endpoint services, mobility, and collaboration technologies. You will partner with Cybersecurity, Compliance, Infrastructure, Support, Architecture, Procurement, and business leaders to deliver secure, scalable workplace technology.

You will develop and execute endpoint technology strategies, manage budgets, prioritize initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across endpoint platforms while ensuring alignment with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/MIS or equivalent
• 10+ years IT management/lead experience
• 8+ years' experience in PC, networks and servers support
• Experience aligning IT with business priorities
• Ability to handle high-pressure tasks and deadlines
• Experience in systems operations and maintenance
• Ability to translate client needs into technology solutions
• Strong client service, interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter with multi-tasking capability

Responsibilities

• Lead endpoint services teams and define goals, performance expectations, and development plans.
• Oversee enterprise endpoint strategy, standards, roadmap, and governance.
• Manage workstation provisioning, configuration, security, and software deployment lifecycle.
• Oversee endpoint engineering, support, problem management and root-cause analysis.
• Lead mobility strategy and governance including device security standards.
• Oversee collaboration and conference room technology management and lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Compliance, Infrastructure and business leaders to deliver secure, scalable workplace tech.
