Job summary

HDR is seeking an experienced Endpoint Services Manager in Omaha to lead the strategy, governance, and operations of enterprise endpoint services, including device management, software deployment, and mobility. This role directs endpoint engineering teams, lifecycle standards, and security baselines to align with business objectives.

You will partner with Cybersecurity, Compliance, and IT leadership to drive modernization, manage budgets, and oversee vendor relationships while mentoring staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MIS or equivalent.
• 10+ years IT management/leadership experience.
• 8+ years in PC, networks, and servers support.
• Experience aligning tech initiatives with business priorities.
• Strong client service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead endpoint services strategy, governance, and roadmaps.
• Oversee endpoint engineering, software deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and service levels.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Architecture.
• Ensure security, compliance, and scalability of endpoint technologies.
• Guide staffing, performance management, and continuous improvement.
