HDR, Inc. is excited to hire an Endpoint Services Manager in Omaha, NE.

This role leads enterprise endpoint services strategy, including configuration management, mobility, and workplace collaboration technologies, to deliver secure, scalable solutions that align with business objectives. The candidate will develop and execute endpoint technology strategies, manage budgets, plan capacity, and drive continuous improvement with Cybersecurity, Compliance, Infrastructure, and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MIS.
• At least 10 years IT management/leadership experience.
• At least 8 years' experience in PC, networks, and servers support.
• Ability to align technology with business priorities.
• Strong client service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead endpoint services strategy, governance, and roadmap.
• Oversee endpoint engineering, deployment, and security baselines.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, Compliance, and Infrastructure leaders.
• Monitor performance, budgets, and vendor relationships.
