Job summary

NTT DATA seeks an experienced Systems Engineering Advisor specializing in Endpoint Management to lead enterprise SCCM/Intune initiatives for global client accounts from India delivery centers. You will architect co-management, modern management roadmaps, and complex patching programs across 10,000+ endpoints.

Hybrid oversight includes OS deployment, Autopilot provisioning, and integration with security tooling. A strong client-facing, governance-focused capability is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Expert in SCCM/ConfigMgr site architecture, OSD, patching, and reporting.
• Expert in Microsoft Intune full MDM/MAM lifecycle including co-management and Autopilot.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 enterprise deployment and MDT/WinPE.
• Identity-driven EPM using Azure AD/Entra ID and Conditional Access.
• Advanced PowerShell automation for SCCM/Intune and Graph API.
• SQL Server + Power BI for reporting and dashboards.
• Vulnerability management integration with patch lifecycle.
• Strong client-facing governance and delivery ownership from India.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of SCCM/ConfigMgr and Intune environments for global client accounts.
• Architect co-management strategies, Autopilot provisioning frameworks, and Modern Management roadmaps.
• Own the technical direction for SCCM-to-Intune migration engagements including planning, timelines, and risk mitigation.
• Define EPM platform standards, governance frameworks, and configuration baselines across global accounts.
• Evaluate emerging Microsoft Endpoint Manager capabilities and provide roadmaps to delivery managers and clients.
• Own enterprise-level patch management programs—governing policy, SLAs, exception management, and compliance reporting across 10,000+ endpoint fleets.
• Design Intune Expedite policies, WUfB rings, and ADR-based patching for multi-site environments.
• Lead vulnerability remediation programs integrating Qualys/Tenable findings with SCCM/Intune patch cycles.
• Develop patching governance documentation, escalation playbooks, and compliance dashboards for stakeholders.
• Lead emergency and zero-day patching response from India delivery centre.
• Lead enterprise Windows 11 migration readiness, task sequences, and phased rollout.
• Design Windows Autopilot + Intune Zero Touch Provisioning frameworks for large-scale deployments.
• Own OSD platform operations—WinPE, MDT, drivers, and image currency.
• Architect golden image pipelines and device lifecycle management policies.
• Define device lifecycle policies from procurement to decommission.
