Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Less than 2 years in technical or desktop support roles.
• CompTIA A+ or ITF+ certifications preferred.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS and Office suite.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Imaging, deploying, and supporting endpoint devices for a site or team.
• Follow documented steps to resolve routine local IT issues.
• Assist with IT asset management and hardware deployments.
• Escalate unclear deployment requirements early when needed.
• Communicate progress with End-User Support team and participate in on-call rotation.
• Travel 10–15% to other local distribution centers as required.
