Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an IT Support & Endpoint Management Specialist to join a growing technology team in a contract role based out of De Pere, WI. The role blends hands-on user support with endpoint management, device lifecycle activities, software deployments and security initiatives.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware/software, managing Microsoft 365/Intune environments, and supporting enterprise technology rollouts. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

• Windows OS administration and troubleshooting.
• Microsoft 365 support experience.
• Endpoint Management experience.
• MDM experience.
• Hardware and software troubleshooting.
• End-user support experience.
• Service desk or desktop support experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Technical documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and application issues.
• Respond to and resolve service desk tickets.
• Support desktop, laptop, mobile device, and peripheral issues.
• Deliver excellent customer service and user communication.
• Administer and maintain endpoint management solutions.
• Manage device deployments, replacements, and lifecycle activities.
• Configure, maintain, and support Windows-based endpoints.
• Assist with endpoint standardization initiatives.
• Support endpoint security and compliance efforts.
• Package and deploy applications.
• Manage software installations, upgrades, and updates.
• Support patch management processes.
• Assist with enterprise technology rollouts and migration projects.
• Participate in endpoint modernization initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Support process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with PowerShell automation efforts.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and end-user experience.
