Job summary

Arizona State University is seeking an IT Support Specialist 2 within Enterprise Technology Desktop Services to deliver endpoint support for faculty, staff and student workers. You will deploy enterprise managed tools, apply software and security updates, and maintain documentation while ensuring service expectations are met.

Responsibilities include day-to-day operations, collaboration with teams and vendors, troubleshooting hardware and software, and using JAMF and SCCM for software deployment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination.
• Experience in delivering routine and non-routine IT services to end users.
• Familiarity with enterprise endpoint management and service delivery.
