Arizona State University seeks a Systems Support Analyst to provide endpoint support for faculty, staff, and student workers, using hardware, software, and broad IT troubleshooting expertise.

The role supports emerging technologies, deploys software and security updates, and helps implement department initiatives while maintaining daily operations and documentation in a collaborative ET environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and three years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field, or equivalent combination of experience/training.
• Experience providing endpoint IT support to faculty, staff, and students.

Mansioni

• Provide endpoint support to faculty, staff, and student workers using hardware, software, and troubleshooting expertise.
• Maintain day-to-day operations of a specialized IT support area and ensure service expectations are met.
• Resolve, escalate, and prioritize IT support requests via remote tools, phone, email, or tickets.
• Deploy software remotely via JAMF and SCCM per ET standards and licensing.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and contribute to process improvements.
