Job summary

The University of Arizona’s Information Technology Services (UITS) invites applications for an IT Support Computing Analyst III at the Tucson campus. This in-person role provides advanced technical support to faculty, staff, and campus colleagues, handling complex hardware, software, and network issues across Windows and macOS environments.

Responsibilities include deploying and maintaining desktops and devices, software licensing, and coordinating system integrations with IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in higher education or enterprise IT environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to faculty, staff, and campus colleagues, diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related technologies, ensuring systems are current and secure.
• Manage software deployment, updates, and licensing; troubleshoot software-related issues.
• Utilize enterprise tools like Azure, InTune, JAMF, and Active Directory to support end users.
• Coordinate configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of applications and system integrations.
• Perform hardware maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and component replacements as needed.
