Job summary

Presidio Networked Solutions, LLC is seeking an Engineer, Managed Plus to handle end-user support for MAC and Windows devices, including imaging, onboarding, and ticket closure. The role reports to the Presidio IT environment and involves deploying Intune, JAMF MDM, and Apple Business Manager while supporting printers and collaboration tools.

The position requires 5–7 years of end-user support experience, strong incident management skills, and familiarity with O365/AWS/Azure/Okta.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years' experience in end-user support.
• Experience with Incident Management and/or ticketing systems.
• Experience using SMS (or equivalent) to manage systems and applications.
• Experience with MS AD, Intune, JAMF MDM and Apple Business Manager.
• Experience with O365, AWS Azure, Okta or similar, above basic administration.
• Experience with PowerShell.
• Experience with Apple/Mac Hardware/Software.
• Disk Imaging.

Responsibilities

• Take end user support calls via phone, email, and walk-up for MAC and Windows devices.
• Perform on-boarding and off-boarding of users including new image builds and re-imaging.
• Install, moves, adds and changes of devices and manage tickets through closure.
• Support printers and AV equipment including Zoom, Teams and Slack.
• Familiarity with Wallboards, Intune deployments, JAMF MDM and Apple Business Manager.
