Job summary

Presidio is seeking an Engineer, Managed Plus to provide end-user support for MAC and Windows, including imaging, onboarding/offboarding, and ticket management. The role emphasizes hands-on device setup, moves/adds/changes, and ongoing ticket closure.

The position begins in Andover, MA with a future relocation to Somerville, MA over 6–8 months. Expect shift Wed–Sat 6am–4pm ET, supporting Zoom, Teams, and Slack in a busy enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of end-user support experience.
• Experience with incident management/ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with Intune, JAMF MD and Apple Business Manager.

Responsibilities

• Take end-user support calls via phone, email, and walk-up.
• On-board and off-board users including imaging devices.
• Perform moves, adds, and changes; manage tickets through closure.
• Support printers and AV equipment (Zoom, Teams, Slack).
• Familiar with Wallboards, Intune deployments, JAMF MD and Apple Business Manager.
