Job summary

Presidio is seeking an Engineer, Managed Plus to support end users on both MAC and Windows platforms. The role includes imaging, onboarding/offboarding, ticket management, and AV support across Zoom/Teams/Slack.

The candidate will work from MA with a shift pattern and travel between Andover and Somerville as needed. The position requires 5–7 years in end-user support, strong incident management, and expertise with Intune, JAMF, Apple Business Manager, and cloud services such as O365/AWS/Azure.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience providing end-user support for macOS and Windows environments.
• Experience with incident management and ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with device management platforms (Intune, JAMF, Apple Business Manager).
• Proficient in PowerShell and basic cloud administration (O365, Azure, AWS).

Responsibilities

• Take end user support calls via phone, email, and in person for MAC and Windows devices.
• Provide software break/fix support for devices and applications.
• Onboard/offboard users including imaging and re-imaging devices.
• Install moves/adds/changes and manage tickets through closure; support printers and AV equipment.
