Job summary

Sleep Management, LLC dba Viemed is seeking an IT Endpoint Analyst to manage device provisioning, OS updates, and hardware inventory. The role supports a mix of office-based and field activities, focusing on reliable endpoint administration and end-user assistance.

The candidate should have a foundation in software/hardware, familiarity with Windows 11 and Mac OS, strong interpersonal skills, and basic IT certifications or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Foundation in software, hardware, and network processes and support.
• Experience supporting Windows 11 and Mac OS.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a focus on helping others.
• Diagnoses and fixes computer hardware, software, network and printer problems.
• Entry level IT certifications or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Device provisioning and lifecycle management of hardware and software.
• Monitor, test and distribute OS updates, drivers and security patches through Microsoft Intune.
• Fulfill request for hardware, software and office supplies.
• Coordinate with vendors on pricing, product availability and delivery times.
• Assist with Tier I Service Desk troubleshooting.
• Manage hardware asset inventory database, assuring accuracy of active devices.
