Job summary

Qualifications

• Foundation in software, hardware, and network processes and support.
• Experience supporting various operating systems including Windows 11 and Mac OS.
• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Entry level IT certifications or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Device provisioning and lifecycle management of hardware and software.
• Monitor, test and distribute OS updates and patches through Microsoft Intune.
• Fulfill requests for hardware, software and office supplies.
• Coordinate with vendors on pricing, product availability and delivery times.
• Assist with Tier I Service Desk troubleshooting.
• Manage hardware asset inventory database and ensure accuracy of active devices.
