Job summary

Red River Managed Services is seeking an IT Endpoint Imaging Technician to configure endpoints, servers, and workstations onsite at our facility in Chantilly, VA. You will support pre-staging network/system appliances and assist with inventory management for customer assets.

The role requires 2+ years in IT imaging/integration, familiarity with imaging tools (Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, MDT, JAMF, ABM), and a willingness to work onsite at the Red River Datacenter as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/associate degree required.
• Required Experience: 2+ years in IT imaging/integration environment.
• Preferred: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or Microsoft Technology Associate.

Responsibilities

• Follow a defined SOP when imaging client workstations and dispatch hardware.
• Configure systems including computers, network storage, and servers.
• Co-lead endpoint refresh projects; act as secondary point of contact using imaging concepts (Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, MDT, JAMF, Apple Business Manager).
• Read drafts and understand technical instructions, engineering plans, and system integration documents.
• Co-lead pre-staging tasks like configuring servers, switches, routers, storage, and other devices.
• Assist with configuration of multiple unified racks (rack/stack/configure/label/cable) from multiple OEMs.
• Communicate and adhere to Integration Support team and Red River.
