Job summary

Red River Managed Services seeks an IT professional to image client workstations, configure servers, switches, and storage, and support pre-staging tasks at Red River Datacenter. You will co-lead endpoint refresh projects and coordinate with the Integration Support team.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT imaging/integration, strong documentation skills, and a collaborative, growth-minded approach in a client-focused environment. Travel to local regions may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or associate degree required.
• 2+ years of IT imaging and/or integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow a defined SOP when imaging client workstations and dispatch hardware.
• Intermediate knowledge of configuring systems (computers, network storage, servers).
• Co-lead endpoint refresh projects and act as secondary contact using imaging concepts.
• Read drafts and understand technical instructions, engineering plans, and designs.
• Co-lead pre-staging tasks: configuring servers, switches, routers, storage, and devices.
• Assist with configuring multiple unified racks (rack/stack/label/cable) from multiple OEMs.
• Communicate and adhere to the Integration Support team and Red River.
