Job summary

Red River is seeking an Integration Support Technician I for our Chantilly, VA location. The role focuses on imaging workstations, configuring endpoints, servers, and pre-staging network appliances, with on-site work at Red River Datacenter as needed.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT imaging/integration, with familiarity in Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, MDT, JAMF, and Apple Business Manager. Strong documentation and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/associate degree required.
• 2+ years of IT imaging/integration experience.
• Knowledge of Windows and MacOS imaging concepts and administration.

Responsibilities

• Follow a defined SOP to image client workstations and dispatch hardware.
• Configure systems including computers, network storage, and servers.
• Co-lead endpoint refresh projects and use imaging concepts (Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, MDT, JAMF, Apple Business Manager).
• Co-lead pre-staging tasks: configuring servers, switches, routers, storage, and other devices.
• Assist with rack/stack/configure/label/cable of unified racks from multiple OEMs.
• Communicate effectively with Integration Support team and other Red River entities.
