Job summary

World Travel Holdings is seeking an IT Asset & Endpoint Analyst in Fort Lauderdale to own desktop imaging, profile setup, and AD management. You will package, ship, and track systems for new hires and remote staff while maintaining endpoint health through patches and vulnerability remediation.

The role requires strong Windows 11 administration, endpoint tooling (PDQ SmartDeploy/Connect), basic hardware knowledge, and MFA experience. Leadership on security and inventory accuracy is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 11 desktop administration.
• Hands-on with endpoint management tools (PDQ SmartDeploy, PDQ Connect).
• Basic hardware knowledge.
• Apple device management is a plus.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN.
• Experience with MFA tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Endpoint Management: imaging desktops, user profile setup, Active Directory management.
• Hardware Logistics: package, ship, and track systems for new hires and remote employees.
• Maintenance & Security: perform updates, patch management, vulnerability remediation.
• Support & Troubleshooting: troubleshoot hardware/software issues via ticketing system and escalate when needed.
• Asset Lifecycle: manage warranty claims and hardware repairs; maintain inventory accuracy.
