Job summary

BD in Covington, GA is seeking a Director of National Accounts within the Endourology portfolio to lead strategic growth across a defined geography, expanding capital equipment placements and portfolio adoption within IDNs and health systems.

You will develop executive‑level relationships, navigate complex hospital decision processes, and align BD's Endourology offerings with customer objectives, driving sustainable revenue and market access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of medical device or healthcare technology strategic account management experience.
• Proven track record selling capital equipment and managing complex IDN/health system opportunities.
• Experience with executive sponsorship and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
• Strong understanding of healthcare economics, value analysis, GPOs, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for defined IDNs, health systems, and strategic accounts.
• Drive capital equipment sales, placement strategies, and utilization plans.
• Protect, retain, and grow existing relationships while securing new opportunities.
• Establish executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders and key stakeholders.
• Lead multi-site opportunities involving capital, procedural, and enterprise-wide contracting.
• Collaborate with contracting, marketing, finance, and operations to grow revenue.
• Forecast regularly to achieve revenue, capital, and market share targets.
• Travel extensively within the assigned geography.
