BD Endourology is seeking a Procedural Sales Specialist to support operating room teams, provide in‑servicing, product demonstrations, and case support. You will work with Territory Managers to drive revenue and build a career path toward Territory Manager.

This role requires travel up to 60%, relocation readiness, and a commitment to patient safety and product quality. A Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years sales experience are preferred, with strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Territory Managers to drive sales revenue and identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships within accounts and healthcare facilities.
• Coordinate with field sales, logistics, and scheduling for customer evaluations.
• Perform product demonstrations and in‑servicing as needed.
• Maintain clinical knowledge and selling skills relevant to Endourology devices.
