Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks an Associate Territory Manager for the Endoscopy division in the Atlanta metro area. The ATM is designed to prepare candidates for future Territory Manager roles, supporting sales, providing clinical education, and identifying new business opportunities under regional guidance.

You will work with Territory Managers to drive revenue at key accounts, participate in education activities, and help develop quarterly and annual business plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–24 months of relevant business experience.
• Ability to travel regularly and transport inventory/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships through visits, demos, education programs, in-services, and problem resolution.
• Provide daily procedural support in OR/Endoscopy environment.
• Support Territory Manager(s) to increase selling time.
• Help achieve revenue targets with account plans.
• Collaborate with regional managers on sales conditions and trends.
• Develop quarterly and annual revenue plans.
• Assist in education activities sponsored by Boston Scientific on-site and field.
• Keep Region Manager updated on activities and competitive trends.
• Manage expenses and promotional budgets within guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and timely admin paperwork.
• Follow T&E, AdvaMed, and Integrity policies.
• Occasional weekend/evening trade shows; 30-40% travel.
